We are recording some internal lessons at the office. The company backdrop is a fairly strong teal. I can choose my clothes, but replacing the background is outside my part of the project. The practical choices in my wardrobe are cream, navy, and subdued red. I would like to compare those before buying anything. The room, microphone position, and lighting will stay the same throughout the course. I can make these comparison clips before the scheduled recording day, so there is time to adjust my choice without delaying anyone. I found a personal color analysis page while looking for language to describe the differences. I am unsure how much a personal palette tells me about this particular setup. Would recording the same short introduction in each shirt be a sensible test? A colleague could check whether each shirt remains distinct from the wall. Which observations about my face should remain separate from background contrast? |
